NHL Betting Trends
Carolina
The Hurricanes are 6-0 in their last six in the third game of a three-in-four situation. Carolina is 4-1 in its last five games.
New York
The Rangers are 6-2 in their last eight games playing on one day of rest. New York is 17-35 in its last 52 games versus the Eastern Conference.
Prediction:
The Rangers come in with more rest and should have Henrik Lundqvist back in net. New York has played some good hockey lately and showed fight in not folding against Boston after a rough second period. The Hurricanes eked by last night, but I can’t imagine they’ll have a lot to offer tonight with the quick turnaround. My money is on New York here.
