The featured game of the day has the New York Rangers hosting the Pittsburgh Penguins at 7PM ET (View Matchup). According to oddsmakers at, the Rangers are the slight favorite at home, as they have odds of -115 to win, while the Penguins have a money line of +106. The over/under total has been set at 5.5 goals. Pittsburgh is 1-0 overall and 1-0 on the road while New York is 0-1 overall and playing in its first home game. Pittsburgh has won its last four meetings with the Rangers.

The other featured game on the day has the Phoenix Coyotes hosting the Chicago Blackhawks at 10PM ET (View Matchup). According to oddsmakers, the Blackhawks are the favorite to win this game, as they have a money line of -115 to win. The Coyotes have been given odds of +106 to prevail, while the over/under total has been set at 5.5 goals. Chicago is 1-0 overall and 1-0 on the road while Phoenix is 0-1 overall and playing in its first home game. The road team has actually won the lat five games in this series and five of the last six between these two have went to overtime.
