NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) – Colts wide receiver Reggie Wayne hurt a groin muscle at the end of an 80-yard catch, and he had company Sunday as injuries piled up for Indianapolis.
Center A.Q. Shipley was carted off the sideline after hurting an ankle late in the second quarter, and his return is questionable. Safety Sergio Brown also is questionable after hurting a hand.
Wayne stayed on the ground a couple of minutes while fans chanted ”Reggie, Reggie” after an 80-yard completion where he was tackled at the Titans 1. He is questionable to return, but the Colts can only improve their playoff seed if Cincinnati ties Pittsburgh on Sunday night.
Titans wide receiver Kendall Wright limped to the sideline with an injured knee. He returned and caught a 6-yard touchdown pass.
