CINCINNATI (AP) – The Bengals’ self-described dynamic duo is down to one, and even that might be pushing it.
Wide receiver Terrell Owens is out for the rest of the season after having surgery to repair torn cartilage in his left knee. That leaves his sidekick, Chad Ochocinco, to carry on for the last two games against San Diego and Baltimore.
He may not be up to it. Ochocinco said Wednesday that his left ankle has bone spurs that severely limit him and will require surgery in the offseason.
Owens and Ochocinco dubbed themselves Batman and Robin at the start of the season. The Bengals have gone 3-11.
