INDIANAPOLIS (AP) -Colts coach Jim Caldwell won’t change his plans now that the Colts are a franchise-best 14-0.
Caldwell acknowledged Friday he would wait until he gets injury updates early next week before deciding which, or whether, any starters will play against the New York Jets.
Caldwell played most of his starters the entire game Thursday night in Jacksonville, extending Indy’s record regular-season winning streak to 23. Indy and New Orleans are both undefeated, the latest the NFL has ever had two undefeated teams.
The Colts, who have already clinched home-field advantage in the AFC, are taking a three-day weekend before getting back to work Monday.
