NEW YORK (AP) – Miami Dolphins receiver Brian Hartline and tackle Vernon Carey have been ruled out of Sunday’s game against the New York Jets.
Hartline hurt a finger on his left hand during last week’s loss to Cleveland, and Carey has been nursing a knee injury. Neither practiced this week. Carey had started 87 consecutive games.
Among those listed as questionable for the game are receiver Brandon Marshall (right hamstring), tackle Jake Long (left knee), linebackers Channing Crowder (knee) and Karlos Dansby (toe), defensive end Kendall Langford (neck) and cornerback Sean Smith (ankle). All were limited Friday when the Dolphins practiced at the New York Giants’ indoor facility.
