STREAKS, STATS AND NOTES – Fourth straight season two non-division rivals who share Lake Erie’s shores have met, with Browns winning each of previous three by combined 13 points. That includes an 8-0 win during blizzard at Cleveland on Dec. 16, 2007. … Both teams have much in common since Browns rejoined the NFL in 1999. Browns have had only two winning seasons in the span to the Bills’ one. Buffalo’s on its fifth coach (six including Perry Fewell, who finished last season on interim basis), while Cleveland’s on its fourth (fifth including Terry Robiskie, who finished 2004 season on interim basis). … RB Peyton Hillis joined Hall of Famers Jim Brown and Leroy Kelly to be only Cleveland players to score 11 TDs rushing in one season. Add two TDs receiving, and Hills accounts for more than half Browns 25 scores. … DB Joe Haden had interception against Miami to extend streak to four games, longest since Ernie Kellerman in 1968. … In six games since Oct. 24, Browns have forced 18 turnovers (14 interceptions, four fumbles). … Browns have won five straight games in December, dating to last year. … Browns join Chicago and Green Bay as NFL’s only teams to not allow 30 points this season. Bills have given up 30 points seven times, one short of club record set in 1984. … Bills QB Ryan Fitzpatrick has 13-game TD passing streak to match second-longest in team history. Jim Kelly holds team record with 18-game streak spanning 1986-87 seasons. … Bills haven’t scored touchdown rushing in past two games and eight overall this season. With six TDs rushing this season, they’ve at least matched last year’s total. Team’s low for a 16-game season is four TDs rushing in 1983. … G Eric Wood, who returns after missing two games with sprained ankle, will start at center for Geoff Hangartner, who hurt right knee last weekend.
