EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn. (AP) – Brett Favre is watching Minnesota Vikings practice again.
Favre was on the field Thursday during the portion of practice open to the media, but was not throwing because of a sprained throwing shoulder. Offensive coordinator Darrell Bevell said earlier in the day that it will be a game-time decision for Favre on Sunday against the New York Giants.
The 41-year-old quarterback has started an NFL record 297 straight games.
Receiver Percy Harvin and left guard Steve Hutchinson also were not practicing. Harvin has not practiced or played in more than a week because of migraine headaches.
Hutchinson is still working his way back from a broken right thumb.
