NFL Headline News

NEW YORK (AP) - Comments on the Philadelphia Eagles by the AP Pro32 panel (ranking in parentheses):
---
PHILADELPHIA EAGLES (29)
Chris Berman (ESPN, 28) - How did this happen?
Clifton Brown (Sporting News, 29) - This is a bad scene, with losses mounting and coaches leaving.
Cris Collinsworth (NBC Sports, 28)
Rich Gannon (CBS Sports/SiriusXM NFL Radio, 28) - Switch from Vick to Foles at QB says it all ... the rebuilding has already begun.
Bob Glauber (Newsday, 29) - Another week, another loss, another defensive assistant fired. Plenty more firings ahead, starting most likely with the head coach.
Rick Gosselin (Dallas Morning News, 29) - During this eight-game losing streak the Eagles have fired their defensive coordinator, defensive line coach and best pass rusher.
Clark Judge (CBSSports.com, 29) - Good thing there are only four weeks left. Otherwise, I don't know if there'd be enough coaches left by the end of the season.
Ira Kaufman (Tampa Tribune, 27) - One of the league's most stable organizations is in disarray.
Pat Kirwan (SiriusXM NFL Radio/CBSSports.com, 29) - I do like the youthful enthusiasm of Nick Foles, Bryce Brown and the pass rushers. I doubt this team will find a coach that will deliver for the Eagle fans all the winning Andy Reid delivered.
John Lynch (Fox Sports, 29) - The Eagles youth showed up on offense but their defense continued to play awful football at Dallas.
Alex Marvez (Foxsports.com, 29) - By the time this miserable season is over, head coach Andy Reid may have no more assistants left to fire.
Dan Pompei (Chicago Tribune, 30) - Jim Washburn probably never dreamed getting fired would feel so good.
