ATLANTA (AP) -Indianapolis Colts running back Joseph Addai left Thursday night's game against the Atlanta Falcons in the first quarter with a neck injury, and his return was questionable.
Addai's neck snapped back at the end of a run with 3:09 left in the first quarter. He was down on the field for about a minute before walking off with trainers.
Kenton Keith took over at running back for the Colts.
Addai began the night with a team-best 832 yards rushing and eight touchdowns.
