PHILADELPHIA (AP) – Eagles running back LeSean McCoy left Sunday’s game against Washington after injuring his right hamstring on a 16-yard run in the second quarter.
McCoy appeared trapped for no gain, but juked his way to a long run before going down. He grabbed the back of his right leg while he was on the ground and then walked slowly off the field. He was examined by doctors on the sideline before heading to the locker room for evaluation and his return was questionable.
Bryce Brown replaced McCoy, who had 37 yards rushing, 49 yards receiving and a 1-yard TD run.
Redskins defensive end Stephen Bowen injured his right knee and his return was questionable.
