DENVER (AP) – Champ Bailey is missing his career-high eighth game of the season as the Denver Broncos host the Kansas City Chiefs in a showdown between AFC West rivals that have combined to go 17-1 so far.
Bailey has played just six quarters this season because of a left foot injury he aggravated at Indianapolis on Oct. 20.
His previous high for games missed came in 2008 when he missed seven straight games with leg injuries.
Also inactive for Denver: Zac Dysert, Ronnie Hillman, Tony Carter, J.D. Walton, Nate Irving and Chris Kuper.
Cornerback Dunta Robinson is again inactive for the Chiefs. Others are: Tyler Bray, Nico Johnson, Eric Kush, Rokevious Watkins, Rishaw Johnson and Branden Albert.
