BEREA, Ohio (AP) -The Cleveland Browns signed center Greg Eslinger on Wednesday for added depth to an offensive line that lost starting guard Seth McKinney to a season-ending shoulder injury last week.
Eslinger spent the season’s first 10 weeks on Denver’s practice squad.
McKinney was placed on injured reserve after getting hurt in Cleveland’s Nov. 4 win over Seattle.
A sixth-round draft pick in 2006 by the Broncos, Eslinger spent last season on injured reserve. He sustained a shoulder injury during training camp that year.
