SAN DIEGO (AP) - Peyton Manning set a career high with five interceptions Sunday night at San Diego, tying the Colts' franchise record. Manning was picked off four times in the first half, including three by cornerback Antonio Cromartie, who was making his first NFL start. The fifth came early in the third quarter, by linebacker Matt Wilhelm. It was the eighth time in Colts history a quarterback threw five interceptions, including four by Johnny Unitas. The Chargers led 23-7 at halftime. |
