INDIANAPOLIS (AP) -Peyton Manning can do almost anything on a football field.
Surviving this season’s injury rash might be his best work yet.
The Colts are 5-3 and are tied for the AFC South lead despite losing All-Pro tight end Dallas Clark, using three different starting running backs, routinely playing with a makeshift receiving corps and dealing with some injuries along the offensive line.
It’s been that kind of season for the defending AFC champs, who have 12 players on injured reserve and at least a half-dozen others trying to play through injuries.
The constant has been Manning. Many are wondering just how much longer he can keep working his magic.
