DAVIE, Fla. (AP) -Free agent defensive back Jereme Perry signed Wednesday with the Miami Dolphins, who placed linebacker Abraham Wright on injured reserve with a knee injury.
Perry joined the Cleveland Browns as an undrafted free agent in 2006 and played in 12 games. The Browns waived him the day before this year's opener.
Wright, a seventh-round draft choice this year, was inactive for Miami's first eight games.
