LANDOVER, Md. (AP) -Washington Redskins receiver Santana Moss was active for Monday night’s game against the Pittsburgh Steelers despite a strained hamstring that kept him out of practice last week.
Moss had been listed as questionable and a game-time decision.
He was injured in Washington’s victory over the Detroit Lions last weekend, when he caught a 50-yard touchdown pass and returned a punt 80 yards for a score.
Otherwise, as expected, Redskins defensive end Jason Taylor (calf), cornerback Shawn Springs (calf), running back Ladell Betts (knee) and receiver Malcom Kelly (knee) were inactive Monday.
But left tackle Chris Samuels (knee) and defensive tackle Cornelius Griffin (shoulder), who missed the game against Detroit, were active against Pittsburgh.
For the Steelers, running back Willie Parker was active after a four-week layoff with a knee injury.
Safety Ryan Clark (shoulder) and left tackle Marvel Smith (back) – who both missed practice all week – were inactive for Pittsburgh.
