EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. (AP) - New York Giants safety Kenny Phillips and defensive tackle Rocky Bernard have been ruled out for Sunday's game in Dallas against the Cowboys.
The Giants announced the move on Saturday and said the starters will not make the trip to Dallas.
Phillips (knee) and Bernard (quadriceps) were hurt against the Philadelphia Eagles and have missed the last three games.
