LANDOVER, Md. (AP) -Albert Haynesworth has questioned the desire of his Washington Redskins’ teammates after their latest loss.
The defensive tackle said the Redskins are “lacking a lot of stuff right now,” including urgency, heart and what he called “want-to.”
Speaking after Washington’s 27-17 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles on Monday night dropped the Redskins to 2-5 this season, Haynesworth bemoaned that his teammates are going their “separate ways” and that is why the team keeps “getting slaughtered.”
He also said Washington’s fans are “losing interest.”
