TAMPA, Fla. (AP) – Buccaneers reserve tight end Jerramy Stevens is inactive for Tampa Bay’s game against the St. Louis Rams after being arrested and charged possessing marijuana.
Tampa police say the 30-year-old player was arrested during a traffic stop on Saturday night.
Stevens has three receptions for 43 yards and no touchdowns this season.
Quarterback Rudy Carpenter, cornerback Elbert Mack, fullback Earnest Graham, center Jeff Faine, guard Keydrick Vincent, defensive tackle Brian Price and defensive end Alex Magee are Tampa Bay’s other inactives.
Safety Darian Stewart, cornerback Justin King, tight end Fendi Onobun, linebacker Curtis Johnson, tackle Renardo Foster, receiver Mardy Gilyard, defensive end Eugene Sims and defensive tackle Clifton Ryan are inactive for the Rams.
