RENTON, Wash. (AP) -The Seattle Seahawks have signed guard Mike Gibson onto their active roster off Philadelphia’s practice squad as they continue to shuffle their battered offensive line.
The Seahawks also announced Wednesday they had signed former fill-in starting tackle Kyle Williams to their practice squad. They had released him on Tuesday, two days after he started in a 27-3 loss to Arizona. Matt Hasselbeck was sacked five times in that game.
Gibson was a sixth-round draft choice by the Eagles in 2008.
Seattle also released guard Mark Lewis from its practice squad.
