SAN FRANCISCO (AP) - Larry Fitzgerald is set to play for the Arizona Cardinals at San Francisco.
With the Cardinals gearing up for two games in a five-day stretch, Fitzgerald had been a question for Sunday's NFC West game because of a hamstring issue separate from one that bothered him earlier in the season. It would have been just the sixth game he has missed in his 10 NFL seasons, and Sunday stood to be his 96th straight game.
Fitzgerald went through his pregame routine on the field at Candlestick Park on a warm October morning.
Running back LaMichael James, who has recovered from a knee injury that sidelined him early in the year, was inactive for the 49ers. Cornerback Nnamdi Asomugha also was inactive for San Francisco.
There were no lineup changes for either team.
