SEATTLE (AP) -Jaguars leading wide receiver Mike Sims-Walker was inactive because of a violation of team rules, one week after he caught a career-high two touchdown passes.
A Jaguars spokesman said Sunday that Sims-Walker made the team’s first trip to Seattle since 2001, but would not play because he broke an unspecified team rule. That left Jacksonville with Torry Holt and three rookie wide receivers.
Starting linebacker Justin Durant was inactive with a groin injury.
Seattle was without defensive end Patrick Kerney (groin), fullback Justin Griffith (knee), linebacker Leroy Hill and starting offensive linemen Rob Sims (ankle), Walter Jones (knee) and Sean Locklear (ankle).
