PHILADELPHIA (AP) -Eagles running back Brian Westbrook was taken to the locker room for X-rays Sunday during the third quarter of Philadelphia's game against the Detroit Lions. His return was doubtful. Westbrook injured his ribs in the third quarter on a 5-yard run that came four plays before the Eagles took a 49-21 lead. Westbrook had 110 yards rushing on 14 carries and had touchdown runs of 25 and 5 yards. He also caught five passes for 111 yards and scored on a 43-yard screen pass. |
