DETROIT (AP) – Lions linebacker Stephen Tulloch has left Detroit’s game against Green Bay in the first quarter after he appeared to injure his knee celebrating a sack.
Tulloch’s return is questionable. Lions safety Don Carey left as well with a hamstring injury – but not before he scored the game’s first points on a 40-yard fumble return.
Tulloch sacked Aaron Rodgers in the first quarter, then jumped through the air in celebration and fell to the ground after landing.
Carey was playing in his first game of the season, finally returning from a hamstring injury, but he was sidelined again by the end of the first quarter.
