ARLINGTON, Texas (AP) -New York Giants defensive backs Aaron Ross and Kevin Dockery are inactive for Sunday night’s game against Dallas, the first NFL regular-season game at Cowboys Stadium.
New York’s injury-depleted secondary will have safety Kenny Phillips, who is active despite missing two practices with a knee injury.
Dockery, who was listed this week as questionable on the injury report, and Ross are both out with hamstring injuries. Neither played in the Giants’ season-opening victory over the Washington Redskins.
Defensive lineman Chris Canty (calf), running back Danny Ware (elbow) and wide receiver Hakeem Nicks (foot) are also among the inactives for the Giants.
