ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (AP) -The injuries mounted fast for the Buffalo Bills, who had two players – right tackle Brad Butler and tight end Derek Schouman – carted off the field with knee injuries against Tampa Bay on Sunday.
Butler did not return after hurting his right knee late in the first half. Schouman was carted off the field after twisting his right knee while being tackled after making a 6-yard catch with a minute left in the third quarter.
Schouman’s injury left Buffalo with one tight end, Derek Fine, after Shawn Nelson left the game in the first half with a strained shoulder.
Buffalo also lost starting cornerback Leodis McKelvin, who did not return after hurting his ankle late in the first half.
Butler was hurt when Buccaneers defensive lineman Stylez White rolled into the back of his legs while attempting to strip the ball from quarterback Trent Edwards. Butler was unable to put much weight on his right leg as he was helped off the field by Bills trainers, before being carted away from the sideline.

McKelvin was spotted limping off the field after Carnell Williams scored on an 8-yard touchdown pass to cut Buffalo’s lead to 20-14 with 27 seconds left in the first half.
Buccaneers defensive tackle Roy Miller returned for the start of the second half after hurting his ankle in the first half.
