ST. LOUIS (AP) -Defensive end Leonard Little and guard Jacob Bell, who have hamstring injuries, were among the St. Louis Rams’ inactives for Sunday’s home opener against the New York Giants.
Wide receiver Eddie Kennison, signed last week to replace the injured Drew Bennett on the roster, also was not active. Kennison has had only three practices.
Giants cornerback/kick returner R.W. McQuarters, who had been questionable with a calf injury, was also inactive. Domenik Hixon took his place on kick returns.
Little, the Rams’ top pass rusher, did not practice all week. Bell got limited work on Friday.
James Hall started in place of Little and Adam Goldberg started in place of Bell.
