GREEN BAY, Wis. (AP) -Green Bay Packers starting cornerback Al Harris injured his right elbow in the first quarter of Sunday’s game against the Philadelphia Eagles, returned in the second quarter.
As Harris was attempting to block an Eagles player on a punt return midway through the first quarter, Packers safety Atari Bigby slammed into both players. Harris, who was holding his right elbow in pain on the sideline, was carted to the locker room for X-rays with 7:13 remaining in the quarter.
No. 3 cornerback Jarrett Bush took Harris’ place on defense until Harris returned with 10:09 remaining in the second period with his right arm heavily wrapped.
