JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (AP) -Former Jacksonville Jaguars receiver Jimmy Smith is scheduled to be in court to resolve drug charges filed against him in April.
He is scheduled to appear Monday in Jacksonville on charges of possession of cocaine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia. He also faces a charge of driving with a suspended license. The docket says the hearing will be to dispose of the case.
Smith pleaded no contest to three misdemeanor charges in July and was placed on probation for a year, ordered to perform 50 hours of community service and pay more than $1,000 in fines and court fees.
Smith was arrested in April after a Florida Highway Patrol trooper stopped his car to check his window tint.
