FOXBOROUGH, Mass. (AP) -The Super Bowl champion New Orleans Saints and New England Patriots are spending a few days practicing with each other.
They held two sessions on Tuesday and have one planned for Wednesday morning in preparation for the exhibition opener between the teams on Thursday night.
Saints coach Sean Payton said he’s studied the Patriots organization to see how they won Super Bowls in 2002, 2004 and 2005. He’d like to create a similar domination.
Players said the joint sessions are a break from the monotony of training camp and allow them to play a little more physically.
