ANDERSON, Ind. (AP) Indianapolis Colts quarterback Andrew Luck says he is entering training camp 100 percent healthy.
On Tuesday, Luck and his teammates arrived at Anderson University, where they will spend much of the next three weeks. Workouts begin Wednesday at the Division III school about 30 miles northeast of the team complex.
Luck missed nine games last season with various injuries including a lacerated kidney. Earlier this spring, Luck said that although he felt good, he was still not fully recovered.
The injuries did not prevent team owner Jim Irsay from giving his best player a six-year, $140 million contract.
Luck said he was ”honored” by the deal.
Indy opens the preseason against Green Bay in the Hall of Fame game Aug. 7.
