HATTIESBURG, Miss. (AP) -Brett Favre is back – at Oak Grove High School.
The Minnesota Vikings quarterback has started throwing the ball at practice with the Oak Grove receivers – something he’s done the past few seasons.
Oak Grove coach Nevil Barr says Favre’s arm looks as strong as ever.
Favre is considering returning to the Vikings for a 20th NFL season after leading Minnesota to the NFC championship game last season.
The 40-year-old quarterback has not told the Vikings whether he will play, but the first sign he is considering it came in May when he had ankle surgery. Barr says Favre has been hit and miss at workouts, but that he threw the ball Wednesday.
Favre is due to make $13 million this season.
