Selected 114th overall out of Akron, Corner was a four-year starter and finished with 15 interceptions. He's one of three cornerbacks drafted by the Bills in April, and competing for a backup spot behind Terrence McGee, Jabari Greer and rookie first-round pick Leodis McKelvin.
Corner had seven interceptions last year, tied for fourth-most in the nation.
The Bills also waived Tight end Teyo Johnson and quarterback Luke Drone after the team's final minicamp practice.
Johnson, the Oakland Raiders' second-round pick in the 2003 NFL draft, was attempting a comeback after not playing since his release by Arizona during the 2005 season. The Bills had signed Johnson in January.
Drone signed with the Bills in late April as a rookie undrafted free agent out of Illinois State. Drone, one of five quarterbacks on Buffalo's roster, saw very limited practice time during minicamps over the past month.
The moves came after coach Dick Jauron canceled the Bills final practice session Friday. The team is now off until opening training camp on July 25.
