CINCINNATI (AP) -Cornerback Adam “Pacman” Jones worked out with the Cincinnati Bengals for the first time since they gave him another chance to revive his troubled career.
Jones participated in a voluntary offseason workout at Paul Brown Stadium on Tuesday. Afterward, he thanked the city and the team for the opportunity to get back into football. He didn’t take questions.
Jones sat out last season after the Cowboys released him. He also was suspended for the entire 2007 season for his numerous arrests. The Bengals agreed to a two-year deal with him last week.
Coach Marvin Lewis said Jones will get an opportunity to make the team as an extra cornerback.
