ALLEN PARK, Mich. (AP) -The Detroit Lions signed linebacker Gilbert Gardner to a one-year deal on Tuesday.
The 6-1, 228-pound Gardner spent last season with the Tennessee Titans, who claimed him off waivers after he was released by the Indianapolis Colts.
Gardner was originally selected by the Colts in the third round (69th overall) of the 2004 NFL draft. Through four seasons, Gardner has played in 50 regular season games and registered 98 tackles, one sack and one interception.
