MIAMI (AP) -The Miami Dolphins continued their offseason overhaul Saturday, signing linebacker Reggie Torbor and three others on the second day of free agency.
Torbor comes to the Dolphins from the Super Bowl champion New York Giants, where he filled in when Matthias Kiwanuka was injured. The 2004 fourth-round pick inked a four-year deal with Miami, who went 1-15 last season.
In his time with the Giants, Torbor has played in 62 regular season games and recorded 100 tackles and five sacks.
Miami also signed linebacker Charlie Anderson to a three-year deal. Anderson has career totals of 39 tackles and three sacks.
Defensive tackle Randy Starks and guard Justin Smiley both signed five-year contracts with the Dolphins. The 6-3, 312-pound Starks has spent the past four seasons with Tennessee, where he had 226 tackles.
Smiley, a second-round pick for the San Francisco 49ers in 2004, has started in 49 of the 56 games he has played in during his career.
