SEATTLE (AP) -Chris Johnson doesn’t have to deal with Seattle rookie linebacker Aaron Curry in his quest for 2,000 yards.
Curry is inactive for Sunday’s game against Tennessee, missing his second straight game with a neck/shoulder stinger. Seattle is also without starting cornerback Josh Wilson (hip) and wide receiver Nate Burleson (ankle).
Starting Titans defensive tackle Tony Brown also is inactive after with a knee injury. Brown, who has five sacks, originally injured his quadriceps against the Rams on Dec. 13. On Friday he said blood from that injury has leaked into the knee area, causing pain and swelling.
Tennessee is without defensive end Jevon Kearse, who didn’t make the trip to Seattle. Kearse hasn’t played since Week 13. Earlier this season, Kearse left the stadium after he was made inactive for a game against the Colts.
