View Updated Week 17 NFL Odds

According to oddsmakers from the MGM Mirage, the Eagles are now 6.5-point road favorites versus the Cowboys for the de facto NFC East championship game on Sunday night. The Cowboys actually opened as 2.5-point home favorites but once news broke that Tony Romo will miss the rest of the season due to a herniated disc in his back, the spread jumped all the way to 6.5 in favor of the Eagles. The total for this game is sitting at 52.5 and the winner will wrap up the division crown and secure a postseason berth.

The Panthers can wrap up the NFC South with a victory over the Falcons, who are 7-point home underdogs in Las Vegas this week. Carolina can also win the division with a Tampa Bay victory over New Orleans, but the Buccaneers are a long shot at +12.5. If the Panthers lose and the Saints win, then New Orleans will win the division and have a first round bye when the playoffs start next week.

In the NFC West, the 49ers need to beat the Cardinals in order to clinch at least a wild card berth. But if the Seahawks lose to the Rams at home and San Francisco beats Arizona, then the Niners will win the division and clinch a first-round bye. San Fran is a 3-point road favorite in Vegas, while Seattle is a 10.5-point home favorite versus St. Louis.

Also notable: The Bengals are 6-point home favorites versus AFC North division rival the Ravens, while the Patriots are 9.5-point home favorites versus the Bills. The Broncos are also 12.5-point road favorites versus the Raiders while the Chargers are now 9.5-point home favorites versus the Chiefs after opening as 7.5-point favorites.
