SEATTLE, WA (The Spread) – First place in the NFC West will be on the line when the Seahawks host the 49ers at 8:20PM ET tonight. The Niners are only slight favorites.
SAN FRANCISCO: The 49ers won their second straight game by upsetting the Patriots 41-34 on Sunday Night Football. Colin Kaepernick completed 14-of-25 passes for 216 yards with four touchdowns and one interception, while Frank Gore rushed 21 times for 83 yards. Michael Crabtree also caught seven passes for 107 yards with two touchdowns, while Randy Moss caught two passes for 36 yards and a touchdown. The victory improved San Francisco’s record to 10-3-1 and 9-5 against the spread as it covered as a 4.5-point road underdog versus the Pats. With the Seahawks sitting at 9-5, tonight’s game will have a massive impact on the NFC West standings.
SEATTLE: The Seahawks won their third straight game last Sunday with an impressive 50-17 victory over the Bills. Russell Wilson completed 14-of-23 passes for 205 yards with one touchdown and no interceptions, while Marshawn Lynch rushed for 113 yards with one touchdown on 10 carries, while Sidney Rice caught four passes for 76 yards. The win improved Seattle’s record to 9-5 and 10-4 against the spread as the team has now covered in three straight games. The Hawks have also scored 50-plus points in back-to-back games.
