The Eagles are coming off a 31-26 loss to Chicago last week, but the Eagles had won three straight prior to that. Last Sunday was the first time Philadelphia had lost a game that Michael Vick had started and finished this season. Vick has thrown for 1,941 yards and 13 touchdowns with one interception on the season while also rushing for 419 yards and five scores. Vick has led the offense to 28.2 points per game, while the defense is giving up 23.4 points per game.
Houston is coming off a 20-0 win over Tennessee last weekend, which ended a four-game losing streak for the Titans. The Texans are scoring just 24 points per game while the defense is giving up 26.1 points per game. Houston has struggled against the pass, allowing 286.2 passing yards per game. Arian Foster has led the offense with 1,147 rushing yards and 12 scores while also catching 48 passes for 453 yards and five scores.
In terms of injuries, Houston tight end Owen Daniels will not play on Thursday due to a hamstring injury while Philadelphia cornerback Asante Samuel will be a game-time decision with a knee injury.
