Giants vs. Eagles Odds
The Philadelphia Eagles are rolling with Michael Vick under center and they look to continue the winning ways on Sunday night when they host the New York Giants.
The Eagles are 6-3 on the season and 2-2 at home while the Giants are 6-3 and 3-1 on the road. Trends show that the Giants are 4-1 against the spread in their last five games in Philadelphia and the underdog has covered in 10 of the last 11 meetings in this series.

Opening odds had the Eagles favored by 3 points and that held firm most of the week before adding the hook. The over/under opened at 48 and moved up to 49 before falling back to 47.5 points.
The Eagles have won two straight and they have yet to lose a game where Vick has played the entire contest. Vick has thrown for 1,350 yards and 11 touchdowns with no interceptions and also rushed for 341 yards and four scores on the season. Vick is coming off a win on Monday where he was 20-of-28 passing for 333 yards and four scores while adding two rushing touchdowns. On defense, the Eagles lead the league in interceptions with 16 while holding their opponents to 23.2 points and 325 yards per game.
The Giants had a five-game winning streak until last week’s 33-20 loss to Dallas at home. The Giants have scored at least 28 points in their last four wins as their offense is posting 26.2 points and 409.8 yards per game. The Giants average 146.9 rushing yards per game as Ahmad Bradshaw has rushed for 838 yards and five touchdowns and Brandon Jacobs has added 377 yards and five scores. The New York defense is giving up 21.4 points per game but just 270.2 yards of offense. Their 83 rushing yards per game allowed is third fewest in the NFL.
In terms of injuries, Philadelphia guard Max Jean-Gilles is questionable because of a concussion while New York center Shaun O’Hara is doubtful with a foot injury and receiver Steve Smith is out with a pectoral injury.
