Bears vs. Rams SNF Week 11 Prediction
A pair of struggling teams will square off on Sunday Night Football in Week 11 as the Rams host the Bears as a 6-point home favorite. Is that too many points or will Jared Goff and Co. right the ship and cash at the betting window?

Chicago Bears Fantasy Spin
David Montgomery (questionable, ankle) remains a game-time decision for Week 11 against the Rams. Essentially nothing has changed on the Montgomery front as the rookie’s availability for Sunday night’s game in Los Angeles remains a mystery. Montgomery closed the week with a limited practice, an encouraging sign after he was a non-participant at Thursday’s session. He’ll be in play as a volume-based RB2 if active, though obviously fantasy owners need to have a contingency plan ready.
Los Angeles Rams Fantasy Spin
Rams C Brian Allen will miss the remainder of the season after suffering a knee injury in the Week 10 loss to the Steelers. Allen and LG Joseph Noteboom were plugged into the lineup as inexperienced sophomores to open the season, and both were the team’s weakest links prior to suffering season-ending knee injuries. In Allen’s absence, the Rams moved RG Austin Blythe to center, Austin Corbett took over at left guard, and David Edwards manned right guard. Allen is Pro Football Focus’ fourth-worst center out of 35 qualifiers.
NFL Betting Trends
Chicago
The Bears are 5-1 against the spread in their last six games played in November and are 14-6 against the number in their last 20 games versus conference foes.
Los Angeles
The Rams are 8-2 against the spread in their last 10 games versus conference opponents and are 10-4 against the number in their last 14 games overall.
Prediction
Go read the Rams’ “fantasy spin” section above if you glazed over it to get to the prediction. The Rams’ offensive line has been a disaster over the past month and now an already struggling line will be reshuffled. That’s not a good recipe for an L.A. team that will square off versus a Chicago defense that hasn’t been as good as it was a season ago, but nevertheless can still harass the quarterback. I know backing Mitchell Trubisky is a huge risk. However, Goff struggles under pressure and he should once again be under pressure tonight. I don’t like backing Trubisky, but this is too many points to lay on a Rams team that has no offense at the moment and no immediate answers to fix said offense.
