This game features a pair of defenses that can limit opponents and they also have offenses that have struggled in their own ways. Cincinnati hasn’t been able to finish off drives in many instances and the Bills have relied too much on the big play to score. I see both teams struggling to put up points in this game, keeping things under a lofty total.
