EAST RUTHERFORD, NJ (The Spread) – The New York Giants return from the bye on Sunday as they host the Oakland Raiders at 1PM ET on CBS.

Oakland is 3-5 on the season, 0-3 on the road and 4-3-1 against the spread. New York is 2-6 overall, 1-2 at home and 3-5 against the spread. Oakland has won four of its last six meetings with New York.

Oakland is coming off a 49-20 loss to the Eagles last week in which the Raiders set a record by allowing seven touchdown passes. Terrelle Pryor has thrown for 1,437 yards and five touchdowns with nine interceptions while rushing for 485 yards and one sore. The defense is being led by Lamarr Houston, who has four sacks and 33 tackles.

In terms of Injuries, New York running back Brandon Jacobs (hamstring) and defensive tackle Shaun Rogers (knee) are both questionable. Oakland kicker Sebastian Janikowski (ribs) and tackle Jared Veldheer (tricep) are also questionable.
