Redskins vs. Steelers Week 8 Odds
PITTSBURGH, PA (The Spread) – A pair of three-win teams will square off in Pittsburgh when the Steelers host the Redskins at 1:00PM ET on Sunday.

Robert Griffin III completed 20-of-28 passes for 258 yards with two touchdowns and one interception, and also rushed nine times for 89 yards. Alfred Morris chipped in 120 yards on 22 carries and Logan Paulsen caught four passes for 76 yards in the loss. Washington is now 3-4 overall and 4-3 against the spread after covering as a 6.5-point underdog. The Skins have now covered the spread in back-to-back weeks and the over is 5-2 in Washington’s first seven games.
PITTSBURGH: The Steelers knocked off the Bengals 24-17 in Week 7. Ben Roethlisberger completed 27-of-37 passes for 278 yards with one touchdown and one interception, while Jonathan Dwyer added 122 yards on 17 carries and Antonio Brown caught seven passes for 96 yards. The win ran the Steelers’ record to 3-3 and 2-4 against the spread as they covered as 1-point favorites over Cincinnati. The under has hit in two of the Steelers’ last three games.
ODDS: According to oddsmakers from online sports book Bovada.lv, the Steelers are 4.5-point favorites over the Redskins, while the over/under total is currently sitting at 47 points. The Redskins enter this game with a straight up record of 3-4 and are 4-3 against the spread, while the Steelers are 3-3 straight up and 2-4 ATS.
TRENDS: The under is 4-0 in the last four meetings between these two teams while the Steelers are 0-5 against the spread in their last five games following an ATS win. The Redskins are also 1-5 ATS in their last six games in Week 8 and 5-2 ATS in their last seven road games.
