Texans vs. Colts NFL Week 7 Prediction
The Colts will be fresh coming off the bye, but the Texans are red-hot after winning the past two weeks thanks to an explosive offense. Will the Colts knock off their AFC South rivals when the two teams meet at 1:00 p.m. ET or will Deshaun Watson and Co. prevail on the road?
Game Snapshot

According to our NFL Football Public Betting Chart page, the Colts are receiving 57% of the betting tickets from online sportsbooks.
Houston Texans Fantasy Spin
Kenny Stills (hamstring) was removed from the Week 7 injury report. Stills was a full participant in practice after sitting out the last two weeks. He’ll return against the Colts, kicking Keke Coutee out of three-wide sets. Stills had 12 catches and averaged 47 yards per game in the four games he was healthy before going down.
Indianapolis Colts Fantasy Spin
Colts S Malik Hooker (knee) is doubtful for Week 7 against the Texans. There was hope Hooker would be ready after the Colts’ Week 6 bye. He got in some practice time this week but will miss at least one more game. Khari Willis will continue to start in his absence.
NFL Betting Trends
Houston
The Texans have dropped four of their last five meetings with the Colts against the spread but are 3-1-1 ATS in their last five trips to Lucas Oil Stadium.
Indianapolis
The home team is just 2-1-8 against the number in the last 11 meetings between these two teams.
Prediction
While the Colts figure to get linebacker Darrius Leonard back from a concussion, Indy remains banged-up on that side of the ball. This is a bad matchup for the Colts from a run defensive standpoint, as Carlos Hyde, Duke Johnson Jr. and Watson have all been effective this year for Houston’s rushing attack. While this feels like a small trap game, I’ll back the Texans anyway. They’re red-hot and this Colts team could be overmatched when trying to defend the run.
