MNF Injury Report
As the Arizona Cardinals and New York Jets have plenty of banged-up stars coming into Monday Night Football tonight. Here is a look at who’s in and who’s possibly out.
According to the oddsmakers at BetDSI, the Cardinals are favored at home tonight, as they are getting odds of -7 points against the Jets. The over/under total for the contest has been set at 46 points.
The big concern all week for the Cardinals was the status of Carson Palmer, who missed last week’s win over the 49ers because of a concussion. Palmers is listed as probable to return tonight and has a great matchup against the Jets’ pass defense. Palmer isn’t off to the best start this season, with only 6 touchdowns and 5 interceptions, but this could be a breakout game for him. On the defensive side of the ball, Arizona is hoping it gets rookie defensive tackle Robert Nkemdiche back tonight. He has missed the last four games because of an ankle injury and is listed as questionable to face the Jets. He is hoping to make his mark this season and show why he was a first-round pick.

The Jets come in with a number of injuries as well. The offense has already lost veteran receiver Eric Decker for the season with a torn rotator cuff and now center Nick Mangold is questionable for tonight with a knee injury. Matt Forte and Brandon Marshall are also battling knee injuries, but both are listed as probable to play. On defense, New York has concerns about injuries in the secondary, which won’t help a group already giving up 319.8 passing yards per game. Darrelle Revis is listed as questionable to play with a hamstring injury that kept him out of last week’s game. Along with that, defensive end Sheldon Richardson is questionable with a knee injury while linebacker David Harris is doubtful with a hamstring injury.
