Buffalo Bills Fantasy Spin
ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports Josh Allen (questionable, concussion) is expected to play in Week 5 against the Titans. Allen is cleared from the concussion protocol. That had been expected after Allen got in a full practice Friday. Allen playing is a boost for the entire Bills offense, but this is still a shy-away matchup against a Titans defense that’s allowing just 16 points per game.
Tennessee Titans Fantasy Spin
Marcus Mariota completed 18-of-27 passes for 227 yards and three touchdowns in Tennessee’s Week 4 victory over the Falcons. Mariota unfolded a chair and relaxed in the pocket while A.J. Brown (3/94/2) and Corey Davis (5/91/1) bullied Falcons corners Desmond Trufant and Isaiah Oliver downfield throughout the afternoon. Mariota’s first touchdown was a simple play-action pass over the middle to Brown that saw the rookie sprint past defenders for a 55-yard opening score. The second and third were easy throw-and-catches over the top of Atlanta’s secondary. Mariota’s been under scrutiny throughout the year, but Sunday already makes for the second time this season that the 25-year-old notched a three-touchdown showing as he’s yet to throw a single interception in any outing. His performance at the very least silences any talks of Ryan Tannehill stepping in under center for the time being. Even so, Mariota can be glossed over entirely against Buffalo’s shutdown secondary in Week 5.

Tennessee
The Titans are 1-4 against the spread in their last five home games.
Prediction
This is usually the spot where the Titans kicks bettors in the junk. They’re coming off an impressive victory as a 4-point dog in Atlanta so naturally, they’ll lose by 17 points today as a home favorite. That said, I still like the spot for Tennessee. The Bills are coming off a loss to the Patriots in what was a physical game and now they have to hit the road to take on a Titans team that should be immensely confident. In what figures to be another defensive struggle, I like laying only three points against a Buffalo squad that has not played well offensively outside of Week 2 in Cincinnati.
