JACKSONVILLE, FL (The Spread) – Following their impressive victory on Monday in Dallas, the Bears will once again hit the road when they visit the Jaguars in Jacksonville at 4:05PM ET on Sunday.
CHICAGO: The Bears are coming off an impressive win over the Cowboys on Monday night, beating Dallas 34-18 as a 3-point underdog. It was Chicago’s third win in its first four games and it was the third straight time the Bears covered the spread. Jay Cutler leads the team in passing with 917 yards, while Michael Bush has 180 yards on the ground and three touchdowns. Brandon Marshall, meanwhile, has a team-high 352 yards receiving while Henry Melton has four sacks and Tim Jennings has four interceptions in four games. The over is 2-2 in Chicago’s games this year.
JACKSONVILLE: The Jaguars fell to 1-3 on the year with a 27-10 loss to Cincinnati at home in Week 4. They failed to cover the spread as a 1-point favorite and are now 2-2 against the spread. The under, meanwhile, has hit in three of the Jags’ last four games, including in three consecutive games. Maurice Jones-Drew has a team-high 352 yards and two touchdowns, while Blaine Gabbert has thrown for 654 yards.
